Order processing
- Processing times vary based on item type and availability.
- Stock items: typically ship within 7 business days.
- Customized or made-to-order items: typically ship within 14 business days after proof approval (if applicable).
Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.
Shipping destinations
- We ship within the continentalUnited States only.
- We only ship to the Company address listed on file with DDS Lab as the practice location receiving completed patient cases for a specific practice ID. unless explicitly stated here.
Shipping method and carriers
Orders ship via UPS or comparable carrier. Carrier selection may vary by item.
Shipping costs
- Shipping fees (if any) are shown at checkout or communicated in the redemption listing.
- Note: Shipping fees and taxes (if applicable) are non-qualifying for earning points.
Tracking
Tracking details are provided when the order ships, when available.
Delivery timelines
Transit time depends on carrier and destination. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.
Address accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, DDS Lab may require updated address information and may reship at the Customer’s expense (or may cancel at its discretion, if cancellation terms are offered).
Lost, stolen, or delayed packages
DDS Lab is not responsible for loss or theft. If a package appears lost in transit, contact DDS Lab and we will assist with a carrier claim/trace where applicable.
Damaged shipments
If an order arrives damaged, contact DDS Lab within 10 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can evaluate and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement at DDS Lab’s discretion.
Return Policy
MyDDS LAB Loyalty Rewards | Return Policy
Rewards redeemed through the MyDDS LAB Loyalty Rewards Program are final sale.
No returns or exchanges. All rewards redeemed with Points are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, including (but not limited to) customized items, marketing materials, services, and supplies.
No cash value. Points and redeemed rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, account credit, or refunds.
Order issues (damaged/incorrect). If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact DDS Lab within 14 days of delivery at marketing@ddslab.com with order details and photos. DDS Lab may, at its discretion, provide a replacement or other resolution depending on the item and circumstances.
Customized items. Customized or made-to-order items may require proof approval and cannot be modified, returned, or exchanged once production begins.
Third-party items. For items not manufactured by DDS Lab, any warranty is provided by the original manufacturer (if any). DDS Lab makes no warranties for third-party items.
