Program Basics
What is the MyDDS LAB Loyalty Rewards Program?
The MyDDS Lab Loyalty Rewards Program is a rewards program for eligible dental office customers. Points are earned on qualifying DDS Lab purchases and can be redeemed for items in the rewards catalog (e.g., customized marketing materials, services, or supplies).
Who can participate?
Dental office customers with an active customer account in good standing (for example, accounts with all amounts due paid in full).
Do I need a Portal account to earn or redeem points?
Yes. Points are linked to the Customer’s account.

Earning Points
How do I earn points?
Points are earned on eligible purchases from DDS Lab. You earn 1 Point for every $1.00 spent on qualifying purchases.
What purchases qualify for points?
Eligible purchases include standard transactions made through DDS Lab, excluding taxes, shipping fees, and other non-qualifying charges.
When are points added to my account?
Points are awarded only after payment is fully processed and cleared.
Can points be earned on past purchases?
Points are not issued retroactively.

Points Balance + Expiration
Do points accrue?
Yes, but only within the calendar year that they are earned. At the end of each calendar year, unredeemed points reset to zero.
Do points expire?
Yes. Points expire one (1) year from the date of the transaction in which the points were earned or at the end of each calendar year (whichever comes first).
Can expired points be reinstated?
No. Expired points are forfeited and cannot be reinstated.
Where can I see my points balance and history?
Login to your account on shop.ddslab.com to review your points balance.

Redeeming points (the customer shop)
How do I redeem points?
Select an item in the rewards catalog and complete checkout using points (if you have sufficient points).
Are all rewards always available?
Not necessarily. Rewards, point requirements, availability, and catalog contents may change at DDS Lab’s discretion.
Can I use points with discounts, promo codes, or other offers?
Points generally cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions unless expressly permitted by DDS Lab.
Can I redeem points for cash, a refund, or account credit?
No. Points and rewards are not redeemable for cash or credit.
Can I transfer points to another office or person?
No. Points and rewards are non-transferable.
What if I don’t have enough points for an item?
You can wait until you earn more points and then redeem.

Returns, exchanges, cancellations
Can I return or exchange rewards?
No. All rewards redeemed with points are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. (See Return Policy.)
What if my reward arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact support within 14 days of delivery with photos. DDS Lab may replace the item at its discretion depending on the issue and item type.
Can I cancel an order after redeeming points?
If the item has not shipped / production hasn’t started, contact support immediately; cancellation is not guaranteed.

Shipping + delivery
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to U.S. addresses only. We only ship to the Company address listed on file with DDS Lab as the practice location receiving completed patient cases for a specific practice ID. unless explicitly stated here.
How long does shipping take?
Orders typically require processing time plus transit time. Processing varies by item type (stock vs customized). (See Shipping Policy.)
Will I receive tracking?
Yes, when available, a tracking number will be provided once the order ships.
What if my package is marked delivered but I can’t find it?
Check with your mailroom/front desk and carrier first. If still missing, contact support and DDS Lab will assist with a carrier trace where applicable
