Following redemption, the doctor may select from available course dates offered by Zest Dental Solutions. Course availability is subject to Zest’s published schedule and capacity.
What’s Included:
- Tuition for one (1) ZEST Masters Course
- Airfare reimbursement up to $500 USD (receipt required)
- One (1) 4-implant overdenture patient education model provided following course completion to support in-office treatment plan conversion
Not Included:
- Lodging accommodations
- Ground transportation
- Meals outside of those provided during the course
- Travel expenses beyond the $500 airfare reimbursement
- Costs for additional attendees
Redemption Requirements:
- Valid for the doctor only
- Course registration must be coordinated through DDS Lab following redemption approval
- Airfare reimbursement processed after receipt submission
- No cash value for unused flight reimbursement
- Dates must be selected from Zest’s available program offerings
